The problem
Where Marathi callers get lost.
A Hindi-only voice bot sounds wrong to a Marathi-speaking patient, and they hang up.
Your front desk answers the same Marathi questions about timings and fees all day.
Older patients want to speak Marathi, not press keys.
Callers switch between Marathi and Hindi, and a scripted system cannot follow.
Evening and Sunday calls reach nobody.

How Pluxo solves this
A receptionist that speaks Marathi.
Marathi greeting and booking
The whole call can run in Marathi, from hello to the confirmed slot.
Switches if the caller does
Marathi to Hindi to English, followed mid-call.
Books into real slots
Only times that exist in each doctor's schedule, confirmed on WhatsApp.
Reminders in Marathi
Confirmations and reminders in the patient's language.
Says it is an AI
Its first sentence says so.
Hands over with the transcript
Unusual requests reach your team on WhatsApp, with the conversation.
How a call goes
A call in Marathi, start to finish.
An example with a made-up clinic. The opening line is shown in Marathi, the rest in English.
Pluxo
नमस्कार, मी दृष्टी क्लिनिकची AI रिसेप्शनिस्ट आहे. मी तुम्हाला कशी मदत करू? (Hello, I'm Drishti Clinic's AI receptionist. How can I help?)
Patient
Is the doctor available tomorrow evening?
Pluxo
Yes, Dr. Joshi has 6:00 and 6:45 tomorrow. I've sent both to your WhatsApp.
Your team
Booked, confirmed in Marathi, and in the doctor's calendar.
Languages
11 languages, and it follows the caller.
The receptionist speaks English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. It answers in the language the patient starts in and switches if they do, so a caller who opens in Hindi and drifts into Kannada is never asked to repeat themselves.
You choose which languages your clinic offers and which one it greets in. A clinic in Pune might greet in Marathi and offer Hindi and English. A clinic in Bengaluru might offer five.
What it costs
One published price, minutes included.
Core is ₹2,999 a month plus GST. It includes 250 AI call minutes every month, unlimited WhatsApp, reminders and follow-ups, and your first doctor. There is no setup fee and no commission on bookings.
Paying for a longer term takes 8 percent off quarterly and 20 percent off yearly. Extra doctors start at ₹999 a month each and get cheaper as the team grows. If a busy month uses more than the included minutes, top-ups cost ₹5.50 to ₹7.50 a minute depending on the pack, bought ahead from the dashboard.
Every figure here is the same one on the pricing page, which also works out the total for your number of doctors and term. For how this compares with other tools sold to Indian clinics, see the AI receptionist pricing guide.
What it does not do
Where it stops, on purpose.
A receptionist that oversteps is worse than one that misses a call. These are the lines Pluxo does not cross.
- It does not give medical advice, a diagnosis or a dose, even when a caller insists. It says the doctor will look at it properly and offers a slot.
- In an emergency it tells the caller to hang up and call their local emergency number, before anything else.
- It does not read out reports or approve prescription refills. It notes the request and your team follows up.
- It never offers a time that is not in a doctor’s real schedule, and never double-books.
- It does not pretend to be human. It says it is the clinic’s AI receptionist in its first sentence.
- It does not quote a price you have not given it. Anything it cannot answer goes to your team on WhatsApp, with the conversation attached.
