Before Pluxo existed, we spent months on the ground. We sat in waiting rooms at 50+ hospitals, watched receptionists juggle 200 WhatsApp messages a day, attended 10+ CMEs, and spoke with 700+ doctors across India.
The pattern was the same everywhere: brilliant doctors losing patients to the clinic next door because of a better Google listing, faster WhatsApp replies, or a working website.
A 4.9-star surgeon in Koramangala was losing patients to a 3.2-star competitor with a better online presence. That surgeon was not worse. He just did not have a team managing his digital front door.

What we believe
