Anyone who takes their own appointments. Your first doctor is included in Core. Every doctor after that is charged at their own rate: ₹999 for doctors 2 to 5, ₹699 for doctors 6 to 10, and ₹499 after that. So seven doctors comes to ₹5,394 a month. Receptionists and other staff are free.
