Acne, hair loss, laser, pigmentation: patients want to know what happens at the visit before they commit. Pluxo answers in their language, books the consult, and keeps the treatment course on schedule.

The problem

Where the calls slip through.

"Is laser safe for my skin?", "How many sessions?", "Will it hurt?" fill the phone line and rarely turn into a booking when the desk is rushed.

A laser session and a first consult take different time; the wrong slot wrecks the afternoon.

Patients on a six-session course drift after the second one because nobody reminds them.

Before-and-after questions on WhatsApp go unanswered overnight, and the patient books the chain clinic with the 24-hour reply.

Fee questions get an awkward "depends" and the caller hangs up.

How Pluxo solves this

Built for how a skin clinic actually runs.

Explains the visit, books the visit

It tells the patient what a first consult involves, what is decided at the visit, and books it, instead of trying to diagnose over the phone.

Course reminders

Session 3 of 6 is scheduled and reminded automatically, with a tap to reschedule, so courses finish and revenue is not lost mid-way.

Consultation fee, stated plainly

The fee you set is quoted; procedure pricing is booked as a consult first, exactly as you would do it.

Right slot length

Consults, procedures and reviews each get their own length in the doctor's real calendar.

WhatsApp first

Most skin-clinic enquiries start on WhatsApp. The receptionist answers there in under a minute, at any hour.

Never gives medical advice

It will not name a cream or a dose, in any language. Clinical questions go to the doctor at the visit.

How a call goes

A skin clinic call, start to finish.

An example with a made-up clinic.

  1. Patient

How many laser sessions will I need for my face, and how much is it?

  2. Pluxo

Dr. Kapoor decides the number of sessions after seeing your skin, and the cost depends on that. The first step is a consultation. Would you like a slot this week?

  3. Patient

    Thursday evening?

  4. Pluxo

Thursday at 6:15 is open. I've booked it and sent the details to your WhatsApp.

  5. Your team

If the patient starts a course, each session is booked at the interval you set, with a reminder before every one.

Languages

11 languages, and it follows the caller.

The receptionist speaks English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. It answers in the language the patient starts in and switches if they do, so a caller who opens in Hindi and drifts into Kannada is never asked to repeat themselves.

You choose which languages your clinic offers and which one it greets in. A clinic in Pune might greet in Marathi and offer Hindi and English. A clinic in Bengaluru might offer five.

What it costs

One published price, minutes included.

Core is ₹2,999 a month plus GST. It includes 250 AI call minutes every month, unlimited WhatsApp, reminders and follow-ups, and your first doctor. There is no setup fee and no commission on bookings.

Paying for a longer term takes 8 percent off quarterly and 20 percent off yearly. Extra doctors start at ₹999 a month each and get cheaper as the team grows. If a busy month uses more than the included minutes, top-ups cost ₹5.50 to ₹7.50 a minute depending on the pack, bought ahead from the dashboard.

Every figure here is the same one on the pricing page, which also works out the total for your number of doctors and term. For how this compares with other tools sold to Indian clinics, see the AI receptionist pricing guide.

What it does not do

Where it stops, on purpose.

A receptionist that oversteps is worse than one that misses a call. These are the lines Pluxo does not cross.

  • It does not give medical advice, a diagnosis or a dose, even when a caller insists. It says the doctor will look at it properly and offers a slot.
  • In an emergency it tells the caller to hang up and call their local emergency number, before anything else.
  • It does not read out reports or approve prescription refills. It notes the request and your team follows up.
  • It never offers a time that is not in a doctor’s real schedule, and never double-books.
  • It does not pretend to be human. It says it is the clinic’s AI receptionist in its first sentence.
  • It does not quote a price you have not given it. Anything it cannot answer goes to your team on WhatsApp, with the conversation attached.

No. It explains what the consultation covers and books it. Medical questions are answered by the doctor at the visit, and the receptionist says exactly that.
